Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation – reaction, learning, behavior, and results – comprise the foremost evaluation model in the world.
It is a lesser known fact that the Kirkpatrick Model also creates a strong framework for the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership ModelSM, a holistic instructional design process that creates and delivers training value. Here you will find out how to leverage the model to maximize business impact through all phases of the instructional design process.
In this workshop you will study worldwide best practices as well as share your own experiences in an interactive, conversational environment. During class you will use your own programs for application activities, so actual work gets completed during the session. Attendance is limited to 30 or fewer participants to ensure you receive personalized attention.
You will receive a workbook containing templates, samples, and tools so you will be able to apply what you learned to all future programs within your company.

Dr. Jim Kirkpatrick is a Senior Consultant with Kirkpatrick Partners.
He conducts workshops and consults on topics including building a business partnership model, evaluation, and balanced scorecards for top organizations all over the world.
Jim has co-authored three books on evaluation with his father, Don. He has co-authored two books on the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model with his wife, Wendy.
Jim is known for his open, friendly facilitation style. His classes offer an opportunity for all participants to share their experiences and learn from each other in a comfortable environment.
